  2. I am newcomer in LTE. I have connection from foreign MME with my HSS. MME send NOR and HSS answer with NOA with error=5012. I try to find more about NOR/NOA but no success.
Please share info regarding NOR/NOA messages

    1. Hi Murat,

DIAMETER_UNABLE_TO_COMPLY (5012), it could be because of any thing like you are sending information that not supported by HSS, or Supported feature bit mis-match etc.

It would be better if you could check NOR fields that are sent to HSS. Try to send one field at a time rather than whole data at one go to debug issue or kindly share trace.

      Thanks for your query.
      Happy to help you again.

  4. Hello,

I am a SIM card Vendor and while preparing a SIM card for one of the circle for VF in India, i see that my card is latching on 2G network in a handset which is a basic Handset which supports only 2G/3G but it does not latch on any network when places in 4G/LTE capable handset. In this it does not even latch on 2G network. What can be the probable cause?

    1. Hi Varun,

Kindly check your handset Network Settings. It doesn't look like a SIM issue, probably issue @ handset.

      Thanks for your query
